The Role

• Take urgent client calls, extract essential information, and log details into our service platform.
• Deploy field teams promptly and ensure follow-up actions lead to quick and effective solutions.
• Keep clients and internal teams informed with clear, timely updates throughout the incident response.
• In quieter moments, support lead generation efforts and contribute to email marketing strategies.

Ideal Profile

Qualifications

• Highly organized with a proactive mindset.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both spoken and written to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to stay calm and collected in emergencies.
• Previous experience in the security sector or similar fields is beneficial but not essential.
• Comfortable with technology and familiar with communication tools like WhatsApp.
