We are currently searching for a Production Support Engineer / Site Reliability Engineer:

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve live critical issues independently.
• Monitor and resolve issues, including batch jobs.
• Work with Site Operation and command center teams to address site issues.
• Provide weekend and after-hours support on a rotating schedule.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience.
• Experience with Batch Frameworks: Control-M, Spring Batch, Autosys.
• Experience with Monitoring/Alerting Tools: Splunk, ELK, Dynatrace.
• Experience in developing and troubleshooting/debugging complex multi-tier applications.
• Experience with Operating Systems: Unix/Linux OS, Shell Scripting, TCP/IP Networking.

Desired 

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

Languages

• Advanced Oral English.
• Native Spanish.

Note:

• Fully remote. Remote work in Mexico for the first 3 months, then availability to relocate to the United States.
