Your missions

Built on meritocracy, our unique company culture rewards self-starters and those who are committed to doing what is best for our customers.

It's an exciting time to join Brown & Brown!  Our business is growing both in North America and internationally which emphasizes the need to build an unparalleled team that promotes future growth. We're excited to continue solidifying that foundation as we are looking for a BSwift Implementation Project Manager to join our growing team!

As an Implementation Project Manager, you will be responsible for the management of assigned health and welfare implementations for the national EBTech team.  You'll play a key role in the coordination of team resources across projects, serving as the principal link between customers and internal team members in the delivery of customer projects.  You'll also collaborate with other Brown & Brown lines of business to develop, implement and maintain technology-based solutions and services that meet customer requirements and EBTech commitments.

What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate with business development teammates to properly transfer sales cycle knowledge for each new implementation the IPM will manage.

  • Drive exceptional, consistent project management for concurrent projects.

  • Translate business needs into comprehensive project plans including objectives, timeline, deliverables, budget and quality standards for the entire life cycle of the project.

  • Serve as the day-to-day project lead, ensuring the progress of teams against established goals.

  • Coordinate with leaders to secure needed resources based on availability and talent needed.

  • Communicate closely with account teams and customer contacts throughout the implementation so that all parties understand tasks, deadlines and items that put timelines at risk if delays occur.

  • Manage customer expectations and raise appropriate issues to Director of Operations and other leaders.

  • Drive results with all parties (EBTech/account team/customer/carriers)

  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customer contacts through efficient, quality execution of projects, effective communication, and value-added consulting advice

  • Train customers on use of new tools and approaches

  • Follow organizational and line of business processes, protocols and quality standards in the development and deployment of solutions.

  • Other duties as assigned

What You'll Need:

  • Minimum education required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent comparable experience.

  • 7+ years of experience with project management for mid-to-large group implementations on Benefits Administration or Comparable Software

  • Deep understanding of employee benefits, HRIS, Payroll or equivalent programs and implementation requirements

  • Proficient with MS Office Suite

  • Exceptional/professional presentation skills

  • Proven ability to establish relationships and work collaboratively with team members in other practices and at all levels to effectively sell and deliver on customer needs.

  • A professional presence with polished and well developed written and oral communication skills.

  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

  • Licensure in Life and Health Insurance or the ability to obtain producers license within one year of employment.

What we offer:

  • Excellent growth and advancement opportunities

  • Competitive pay based on experience

  • Discretionary Time Off (DTO)

  • Generous benefits package: health, dental, vision, 401(k), etc.
