ING Hubs Slovakia is a servicing hub providing transactional & banking operations services for ING wholesale & retail branches worldwide. These are exciting times for us as we are growing rapidly, both in terms of number of staff and our facilities.

Therefore, we are looking for a new colleague that will help us look after our services and facilities, so that our organization and employees are able to work under the best possible and problem-free conditions.
This is a full-time position, based in Bratislava, Slovakia.

Responsibilities:

  • Look after all of the facilities ‘hard services’ (office maintenance & expansion, reception, parking, security, cleaning) and ‘soft services’ (amenities, catering)
  • Manage team budget and ensure cost-effectiveness of services
  • Oversee daily office maintenance and any facility expansion / renovation / refurbishment
  • Responsible for personal and physical security of premises (including policies, physical security systems, reporting, trainings, insurance)
  • Manage BCP planning, testing and coordination
  • Responsible for reception desk and company car fleet
  • Manage, motivate and support a local team

Personality requirements and skills

  • 5+ years’ experience in facilities or property management
  • Prior people management experience and ability to bring people together to work towards the same purpose
  • Ability to handle multiple requests while working in a fast-paced environment and ability to respond to customer requests / issues in a professional and cordial manner
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Basic understanding of budgeting and accounting practices
  • Knowledge of building systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) and ability to navigate architectural plans and technical drawings helpful, but not required
  • Fluent in Slovak and business level English

Wage (gross) 2.510€ gross

*By legal requirement we are providing the information about the basic wage component (minimum salary) for the advertised position. Based on your experience/profile, the final financial conditions will be the subject to discuss and negotiate at the personal interview, however, not less than above mentioned minimum salary component.
