Your missions

Job Description:

Why we Need this: Web analytics solutions allow AT&T to grow their business by providing personalized digital experiences, implementing and tracking marketing campaign success, and allowing vendors and internal teams to track customer purchasing behaviors. This tracking allows us to meet contractual obligations with 3rd parties such as Facebook and Google who advertise our products and receive payments for transactions that they generate. First party web analytics solutions allow AT&T to better understand their customers digital behaviors, while third party widgets implemented enable new experiences for customers who desire an omnichannel experience, with paths to digital sellers and automated chat solutions.

How we work: Due to the cross-functional nature of this work, the team works across AT&T, collaborating with marketing, product, and design, to understand business requirements and develop appropriate web analytics solutions to improve the customer experience.

What the work is: Develop and implement first party and third-party web analytics solutions (i.e. Adobe) on AT&T Business digital properties, ensuring accurate data collection and integration with other marketing tools and platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Adobe first-party and third-party analytics solution
  • Conduct thorough testing of implemented analytics solutions to monitor and maintain the performance of analytics implementations, troubleshooting and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Create and maintain documentation for all analytics implementations, including data layers, tags, variables, and custom dimensions
  • Develop custom reports and dashboards within Adobe Analytics to provide actionable insights for various stakeholders within the organization.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of web analytics processes and methodologies to ensure the highest level of data quality and insights
  • Familiarity with tag management systems, such as Adobe Launch or Google Tag Manager or Tealium. Experience in developing a server-side analytics framework will be highly considered.
How will judge success?

  • Data accuracy and completeness: Ensure that the data collected by Adobe Analytics is accurate and complete. This includes verifying that page views, events, and custom variables are being tracked correctly, and that the data aligns with your business objectives.
  • Integration with other tools: Assess how well Adobe Analytics is integrated with other marketing and data analysis tools being used in AT&T.
  • Reporting and insights: Examine the quality of the reports and dashboards generated by Adobe Analytics.

What backgrounds do we hire from?

  • Proficiency in web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, and/or Adobe Experience Platform
  • Familiarity with tag management systems, such as Adobe Launch, Tealium or Google Tag Manager
  • Knowledge of web analytics best practices and industry standards
  • Experience with APIs and integration of Adobe Analytics with other platforms and tools
