Summary of Job Duties:

Qualifications:

• Ph.D. in nursing or a related field.
• U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, a history of extramurally funded research, a robust publications record, and presentations at scientific conferences is required.
• Evidence of excellent teaching and student mentoring, especially in a PhD program.
• An innovative thought leader with teaching experience in a graduate-level program.
• Evidence of ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
• Demonstrate a scholarly focus in obesity, nutrition/physical activity, geriatrics/gerontology, cancer survivorship, quality of life, social determinants of health, sexual health, cardiovascular health, or health promotion/disease prevention across the life cycle.
• A cross-cutting focus on rural health and health disparities is strongly preferred.

Rank and salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
