JOB PURPOSE
In this role, you will be a part of a team that is crafting the future landscape of retail advertising. This is a chance to leverage data insights to create tailed experiences that resonate with Athletes. As the Software Engineer II for the DICK’S Media Network, you will:
Build and enable a scalable, reliable, and effective retail media network
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers
Understand how the work that you’re doing contributes to the goals of the organization
Identify, monitor, and communicate defects with limited supervision
Leverage first-party data to drive personalized and relevant content to Athletes where they are in their journey
Work across many different channels including online, in-store, mobile apps, and various third-party platforms
Deliver complex tasks to production, working independently when required
Have a willingness to continuously learn, experiment, and innovate

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level preferred
General Experience: Experienced practitioner able to work unsupervised (13 months to 3 years)
Managerial Experience: Basic experience of coordinating the work of others (4 to 6 months)
