The Field Operations Manager is an exciting position for those who are seeking a long-term field management opportunity! As a FOM you will be overseeing a team of Field Sales Representatives who are demonstrating and promoting Re-Bath's industry-changing services and creating brand awareness by interacting with prospective customers.
Your Role as a Field Operations Manager is to:
Coach Field Sales Reps (FSRs) on RE-BATH's products and promotions
Provide daily direction, training, and guidance while ensuring retention of the team
Ensure the team is exceeding client expectations and following company policy and procedures
Motivate and drive the team to increase sales within markets
Always maintain high energy and a professional attitude
Create a memorable and positive experience for customers
Assist in driving sales and customer experience

Job Description:
Manage, motivate, direct, and coordinate activities of team members to meet and/or exceed sales and project goals
Personally accountable for team members and all documentation about team productivity
Responsible for accurately tracking sales, leads generated, and merchandising projects
Successfully develop and build territory relationships through networking
Effectively provide daily direction, training, and guidance while ensuring retention of the team
Successfully determine staffing requirements in accordance with client and company directives
Ensure proper training in sales techniques, products, policies, etc.
Administer and document all counseling and terminations accurately and promptly while following established procedures
Contribute to team effort by assisting in launch-related activities, as needed
Travel to locations regularly throughout the territory
Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures
Attend meetings and conference calls as required in and out of the region as needed
Assist in temporarily overseeing retail locations as business needs dictate
Dress and act professionally at all times
Perform all other duties as assigned
Performance Measurements:
Ensure the team meets established weekly/monthly projects goals/quotas
Customer/client satisfaction based on the territory's rejection percentages and substantiated complaints
Maintain proper headcount across regions
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Business degree preferred
3-5 years of retail and sales management experience required
Superior leadership abilities with effective, professional communication and presentation skills
Proven ability to show good judgment and initiative, make decisions and problem-solve
Capable to work autonomously with excellent time management skills
Ability to manage by P&L standards across the entire business unit
Reliable transportation and proof of insurance
