We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled 


Senior Consultant - CCM Solutions

to join our client’s team. 

This role is perfect for an individual with a deep understanding of Customer Communication Management (CCM) solutions, particularly with Quadient, and a proven track record in business analytics and solutions architecture.

Our client
is a pan-European team of professional services experts and solutions providers, with offices in Helsinki and London, as well as a core hub and Centre of Excellence in Warsaw. They deliver personalized, connected, and compliant omni-channel experiences for customers throughout Europe. This dynamic organization is dedicated to enhancing customer communications and driving innovative solutions.

Location: Sweden, preferably Stockholm area

Position Type:Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert consultancy services, including analysis, design, and development, to meet daily staff augmentation tasks.
  • Utilize strong analytical and architectural skills to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Engage in upselling and consultancy selling activities to drive business growth.
  • Manage and implement CCM projects, ensuring successful integration with other systems.
  • Design and architect enterprise-level CCM solutions, adhering to best practices and design principles.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, enhancing client satisfaction and loyalty.

Technical Skills:

  • Extensive hands-on experience with CCM solutions, with a strong preference for Quadient expertise.
  • Proven experience in business analytics, solutions architecture, or a related role.
  • Strong technical understanding of CCM tools and their integration with other systems.
  • Proficiency in designing and architecting enterprise-level CCM solutions.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based solutions and modern IT infrastructures.

Non-Technical Skills:

  • High consultancy skill level, with a strong ability for upselling or consultancy selling.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and self-management capabilities.
  • High level of communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
