We are looking for a Fullstack Developer to Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications using Node.js, React, and AWS.
Your day to day will encompass:
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
● Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers.
● Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
● Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs.
● Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
● Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
● Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to keep our solutions cutting-edge.
Required Skills and Qualifications: Technical Expertise:
● Node.js: Extensive experience with server-side JavaScript, RESTful API development, and asynchronous programming.
● React: Strong proficiency in building and maintaining web applications using React, Redux (or other state management libraries), and component-based architecture.
● AWS: Deep understanding of AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, and experience with infrastructure as code (CloudFormation, Terraform).
● Database: Experience with both SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB) databases.
● Version Control: Proficiency with Git and Git workflows.
**Leadership and Management:**
● Proven experience in leading a development team and managing project timelines.
● Ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
● Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Additional Skills:
● Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
● Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, CircleCI, or GitHub Actions.
● Knowledge of modern front-end build pipelines and tools (Webpack, Babel, NPM/Yarn).
● Understanding of serverless architecture and microservices.
