The purpose of the role of Territory Manager SA is to plan, sell, promote and supports sales of our EAFM products to current potential customer’s thereby achieving optimum sales, plans and strategy in SA and NT. 


Territory Sales Management 
· Travels throughout SA & NT on a regular basis as needed and/or directed by the Company to call on existing and prospective customers to promote the Donaldson brand and products and to generate sales and sales leads. 
· Maintains a consistent customer call cycle as deemed necessary. 
· Displays, promotes and demonstrates products using samples, electronic communications or catalogues. 
· Facilitates customer management and liaison with Distributors and all Donaldson users and dealers to enable adequate flow of communication. 
· Works with internal sales team to keep account activities and literature up-to-date. 
· Coordinates customer product training and education with distributors and end users. 
· Develops and maintains relationships with purchasing contacts. 
· Investigates and resolves where possible customer problems and queries. 
· Manages and maintains assigned Company assets. 
· Attends trade shows. 
· Provides market intelligent information and monitors competitor activities. es Administration 
· Prepares reports of business transactions and keeps expense accounts. 
· Prepares weekly and quarterly travel plans and maintains reports via CRM system. 
· Provides new customer data and other sales data for current customers into computer database
