BA or BS in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or MIS, 4+ years experience in CRM Software development with Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics.
Key responsabilities:
- Design, develop, test, deploy customizations, features, and integrations within the CRM platform.
- Maintain internal Salesforce CRM, conduct annual updates, support end user trouble tickets and integrated applications.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather business requirements and ensure success of solutions.
- Support UAT environments, assist with requirement validation, system administration
- Ad hoc analysis, keep up with trends, continuous education related to software development.
