Position Overview

As a Growth Marketer at Vantage Discovery, you will play a pivotal role in driving rapid, sustainable growth for our AI-powered product discovery platform. You will be responsible for identifying, testing, and optimizing growth opportunities across various channels and touchpoints in the customer journey. Your data-driven approach, creativity, and ability to blend marketing, product, and technical skills will be crucial in accelerating our user acquisition and revenue growth.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute innovative growth strategies to drive user acquisition and growth across multiple channels.

  • Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests and multivariate experiments to optimize conversion rates and user engagement.

  • Create, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook Ads.

  • Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring optimal ROI and performance across all channels.

  • Develop and optimize landing pages, sales funnels, and the overall user journey to maximize conversion rates.

  • Leverage data analytics to identify growth opportunities, inform decision-making, and provide comprehensive performance reports.

  • Implement advanced targeting and retargeting strategies to reach and engage our ideal customer profile.

  • Coordinate with the sales team to align growth and advertising efforts with lead generation goals and sales targets.

  • Build and manage relationships with partners to drive referral traffic and user acquisition.

  • Integrate various marketing metrics to provide a holistic view of marketing performance and ROI.

  • Stay up-to-date with and implement the latest growth hacking techniques, digital advertising best practices, and industry trends.

Required Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or similar roles, preferably in SaaS or e-commerce.

  • Experience using analytics to identify the impact and effectiveness of marketing programs, as well as campaign opportunities based on business data.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing channels and tactics (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing) and proven experience in managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads).

  • Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple experiments simultaneously.

  • Creative problem-solving skills and a growth mindset.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

  • Self-starter: A highly motivated professional who requires minimal supervision and shows initiative with ideas that support marketing strategy and goals.

Preferred Skills
  • Experience with AI or ML technologies.

  • Passion for experimentation, measurement, and optimization to drive ROI continuously.

  • Familiarity with API integrations and marketing technology stacks.

  • Prior experience in a high-growth startup environment.

  • MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field.

  • Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant advertising platforms.
