Job description

Salary: P80,000 to P120,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday – Friday(09:00 AM - 06:00 PM AEST)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

At least 4 years of experience as an Application Support Engineer or experience with Web Application Frameworks (Laravel)
Experience in debugging code in Laravel and working with MySQL/MariaDB
Exposure to any application monitoring tool such as NewRelic and Datadog
Experience with infrastructure as code and deployment via CI/CD Pipelines

Nice to Have:

AWS Experience (specifically EC2, Redis, RDS, S3, SQS, Cloudwatch)
Previous experience in working in an Agile Environment is beneficial
Collaborative and innovative, with a CI/CD approach to improving current systems & processes.
AWS Developer, SysOps Administrator or DevOps Engineer certification

What will you do?

Provide operational support and engineering solutions for client's systems and applications
Liaise with external partners, stakeholders, and development teams for support queries
Gather and analyze metrics to enhance performance tuning and fault finding
Manage incident response, conduct root cause analysis, and produce reports for major incidents
Participate in system design, platform management, and planning
Build and maintain sustainable systems and services through automation
Create and update technical documentation and maintain a knowledge base
Build and operate monitoring for security, availability, reliability, and performance
Analyze current technology and develop processes for improvement and expansion
