Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and independent HR & Recruitment Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage their own goals, adhere to deadlines, and maintain a positive, solution-oriented attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and communicating with candidates.
  • Conduct interviews in English with potential candidates.
  • Maintain and update HR records and documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team.
  • Ensure all HR processes are in compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, ideally in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, with fluency in English.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new tools and systems.
  • Ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
