We are seeking two skilled and experienced ETL Developers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SQL, Workato, and Snowflake, and will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data integration solutions.

Location: Remote - Full time 

What you will be doing:

The ETL Developer will work closely with data analysts, data engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and availability for decision-making processes. 

  • Design and Develop ETL Processes

  • Create, maintain, and optimize ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into the data warehouse.

  • Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the ETL process.

  • Data Integration: Develop and maintain data integration workflows using Workato to automate data movement and transformation tasks.

  • Integrate data from multiple sources, including databases, APIs, and external data services.

  • Data Warehousing: Implement and manage data warehousing solutions using Snowflake.

  • Design and optimize Snowflake data models to support efficient query performance and storage.

  • SQL Development: Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data.

  • Optimize SQL queries for performance and scalability.

  • Collaborate with data analysts, data engineers, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.

  • Document ETL processes, data workflows, and data models.

  • Performance Tuning and Optimization: Monitor ETL processes and workflows for performance and reliability.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integration and data quality.

  • Continuously improve ETL processes for efficiency and scalability.

Requirements & Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an ETL Developer or in a similar role.

  • Proven experience with SQL, including query writing and optimization.

  • Experience with Workato or similar integration platforms.

  • Hands-on experience with Snowflake or other cloud-based data warehousing solutions.

  • Proficiency in SQL and understanding of relational databases.

  • Strong knowledge of ETL tools and processes.

  • Experience with data modeling and data warehouse design.

  • Familiarity with cloud data platforms, especially Snowflake.

  • Experience with data integration tools, preferably Workato.
