We are seeking two skilled and experienced ETL Developers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SQL, Workato, and Snowflake, and will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data integration solutions.

What you will be doing:
The ETL Developer will work closely with data analysts, data engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and availability for decision-making processes.
Design and Develop ETL Processes
Create, maintain, and optimize ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into the data warehouse.
Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the ETL process.
Data Integration: Develop and maintain data integration workflows using Workato to automate data movement and transformation tasks.
Integrate data from multiple sources, including databases, APIs, and external data services.
Data Warehousing: Implement and manage data warehousing solutions using Snowflake.
Design and optimize Snowflake data models to support efficient query performance and storage.
SQL Development: Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data.
Optimize SQL queries for performance and scalability.
Collaborate with data analysts, data engineers, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
Document ETL processes, data workflows, and data models.
Performance Tuning and Optimization: Monitor ETL processes and workflows for performance and reliability.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integration and data quality.
Continuously improve ETL processes for efficiency and scalability.
Requirements & Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an ETL Developer or in a similar role.
Proven experience with SQL, including query writing and optimization.
Experience with Workato or similar integration platforms.
Hands-on experience with Snowflake or other cloud-based data warehousing solutions.
Proficiency in SQL and understanding of relational databases.
Strong knowledge of ETL tools and processes.
Experience with data modeling and data warehouse design.
Familiarity with cloud data platforms, especially Snowflake.
Experience with data integration tools, preferably Workato.
