Quince is a retail and technology company co-founded by a team that has extensive experience in retail, technology and building early stage companies. You’ll work with a team of world-class talent from Stanford GSB, Wish.com, D.E. Shaw, Stitch Fix, Urban Outfitters, Wayfair, McKinsey, Nike etc. 

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate is a self-starter, problem-solver and successful in combining technology and data into best-in-class outcomes. The candidate is energized by solving complex business problems and consistently effective in making high-judgment decisions at rapid pace amidst the frequent ambiguity that comes with charting a course of action with no precedent. Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Champion continuous improvement efforts and defect reduction initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement strategies across manufacturing partners and logistic operations.
  • Establish, measure and validate quality metrics then consolidate data sources to streamline critical quality improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare and manage factory assessment/audit, qualification and Work closely with Sourcing and Merchandising teams on product launches, continuous improvement and support ongoing production.

  • Ensure unwavering compliance with all regulations and company requirements.
  • Leveraging experience and knowledge of the sourcing base, ensure that they are socially complied
  • Always keep abreast on latest regulations and implement necessary adjustments for compliance

  • Lead root-cause analysis; identify effective corrective actions / preventive actions and process improvements.
  • Lead and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on product quality improvement.
  • Develop, implement and manage CA/PA program, and share the learning for process improvement.
  • Establish solid working connections with key internal and external partners to guarantee all quality systems, best practices and tools are properly rolled out and utilized
