Quince is a retail and technology company co-founded by a team that has extensive experience in retail, technology and building early stage companies. You’ll work with a team of world-class talent from Stanford GSB, Wish.com, D.E. Shaw, Stitch Fix, Urban Outfitters, Wayfair, McKinsey, Nike etc.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

Roles & Responsibilities: Champion continuous improvement efforts and defect reduction initiatives.Drive continuous improvement strategies across manufacturing partners and logistic operations.Establish, measure and validate quality metrics then consolidate data sources to streamline critical quality improvement initiatives.Prepare and manage factory assessment/audit, qualification and Work closely with Sourcing and Merchandising teams on product launches, continuous improvement and support ongoing production.
Ensure unwavering compliance with all regulations and company requirements.Leveraging experience and knowledge of the sourcing base, ensure that they are socially compliedAlways keep abreast on latest regulations and implement necessary adjustments for compliance
