Description

The Senior Account Manager will develop an in-depth understanding of our clients’ business strategies, their needs, and the relevant business trends impacting their industries. They are capable of articulating the strategy and rationale behind the marketing solutions being recommended. The Senior Account Manager will manage client accounts and project implementations, as well as manage client relationships, and identify areas for growth.


What you’ll do:

  • Represent PureRed as a trusted and strategic advisor, owning relationships with client's key decision makers 
  • Collaborate with internal & external agency partners to drive creative strategies
  • Oversee a small team of Managers and guide and mentor their work and career development
  • Maintains thorough industry knowledge and market intelligence on marketing and brand trends, the competition, regulatory impacts, and other related insight to proactively address client needs. 
  • Provide clients with guidance, support, and critical thinking on industry innovations, trends, and new approaches with appropriate rationale to keep things fresh and updated while showcasing knowledge of industry best practices 
Requirements

What you’ll need:

  • 4+ years of experience working in a client service type role, preferably at an agency
  • Experience working on a client who uses print techniques to drive traffic, increase sales, and increase consumer engagement preferred
  • Experience on photoshoots highly preferred
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for marketing
  • Understanding how to strategize effective print and in-store marketing campaigns, putting together client recommendations, and campaign components 
  • Strong organizational and communication skills to ensure optimum workflow with a high volume of information in a deadline driven environment
