We are looking for a strong Learning and Development Manager (in NM- or remote but with the ability to travel)

Be passionate and responsible for executing the requirements of the Client-based training, acting as the liaison with our operations partners, and developing their team of trainers while assisting the Implementation and Operational teams build the appropriate training curriculum.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Conduct skills, technical, management, and staff development training processes/updates within the assigned effort
  • Be able to build and utilize assessment tools to determine the effectiveness of training programs
  • Interact with functional organizations to develop specifications for content
  • Consistently evaluate and update training materials and approach
  • Design and develop an in-house training program
  • Creates a partnership with Operations to create a win/win environment supporting business goals
  • Proficient in process documentation and educating adult learners on how to effectively execute the process.
  • Knowledge of Government programs.
  • Evaluate training participants on class engagement, proficiency, and readiness for production.
  • Knowledgeable of SharePoint and utilization
  • Provide leadership with trainees’ classroom progress.
  • Provide timely process updates to frontline staff

Required Skills

  • Min 5 years experience as a Corporate learning and development training professional
  • Current knowledge of effective adult learning and development methods
  • Ability to create effective and professional training content in various formats (req)
  • Experience in task and time management
  • High Proficiency with MS Office products and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Excellent professional communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrate sharp business acumen.
  • Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors
  • Ability to travel (to 30%)

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $70K-$95K
