Due to our continued growth, we are hiring for a Survey Quality Assurance at M3 Global Research, an M3 company.

• Communication with clients, project managers and programmers to review survey materials (questionnaires, skip logic, data needs) and provide guidance as needed
• Works with project managers to develop solutions for special project requirements and challenges
• Ensures end-to-end project delivery in alignment with the client, sales and project managers, leading to high client satisfaction with project deliverables

• Min 2 years of experience at a market reseach company
• EXCEPTIONAL attention to detail, and commitment to the accuracy and integrity of information
• Unwavering approach to do it right the first time
• Expert understanding of the questionnaire structure
• Excellent at managing multiple projects and priorities
• Strong understanding of market research methods
• Propensity to quickly learn, and at times implement, new processes and applications
• Strong problem-solving skills, including an ability to think outside-the-box
• Exceptional ability to multi-task and balance multiple projects and priorities
• Ingenuity and the willingness to learn new techniques
• Excellent at establishing and managing relationships with clients, vendors, and coworkers
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Organized, self-motivated, and self-directed
