About the position

We are currently seeking an experienced product manager to help advance our global strategy, aimed at enabling healthcare professionals and clinics to establish trustworthy and meaningful connections with patients, thereby enhancing and deepening relationships over time. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with professionals worldwide, with the flexibility to work 100% remotely.

What you will do
  • Collaborate with leadership, product managers, designers, and business leaders to jointly develop the global product strategy.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to grasp market trends and customer needs.
  • Analyze, identify, and quantify opportunities for new products and features.
  • Define the objectives and initiatives that the team should pursue.
  • Develop product propositions from concept through to delivery.
  • Perform market research and competitive analysis to uncover key opportunities and insights.
  • Develop, articulate, and implement go-to-market plans for products.
  • Measure product success and continuously improve to enhance value for customers and the business.
  • Communicate product information to diverse audiences, including customers, senior management, and internal groups.
  • Foster a robust culture of product management and experimentation throughout the organization.

Requirements

You are

  • Oriented towards identifying and prioritizing critical business and customer issues, and creative in devising effective solutions to address them.
  • Prioritizes outcomes rather than outputs.
You have
  • Over three years of experience in Product Management roles.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the methodologies involved in product research, delivery, and marketing.
  • A proven track record of making significant contributions in previous Product Management roles, with a plus for proven impact building B2C mobile apps.
  • Experience with user activation and monetization strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and manage multiple functional areas of the business, including engineering, design, finance, sales, operations, and marketing.
  • Proven capability to develop solutions for challenging problems with limited resources, employing sound judgment and a data-informed approach.
  • Demonstrated skill in building constructive and collaborative relationships with leaders, stakeholders, and peers.
  • Strong English communication skills, both in writing and speaking.
  • Proficiency in copywriting is an asset.
  • Holds a degree in Computer Science, Business, Design, or a related field.
  • Experience in the healthcare technology sector is advantageous.
  • Professional proficiency in Greek, French, and/or Spanish is highly valued.
