Job description

Everbridge, a leading global provider of critical communications and enterprise safety solutions, is currently seeking an experienced Medical Doctor to provide essential medical support on a rotating basis. This is a remote part-time position that can be based anywhere in Hungary.
 
As a Medical Doctor, you'll assume a pivotal role within a multi-professional clinical team, delivering unparalleled medical assistance services to our esteemed corporate clientele. In this remote capacity, you will demonstrate expert leadership in managing diverse global medical cases, encompassing pre-deployment screening, initial diagnosis, coordination of local treatment, repatriation, and post-travel care.

What you'll do:
  • Provide comprehensive medical case management and expert advice remotely via telephone, secure electronic platforms, and written communication.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of both medical and logistical aspects of extractions, evacuations, and repatriations.
  • Offer remote oversight and support to the clinical team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service.
  • Actively contribute to the enhancement of our services and products relevant to medical assistance.
  • Participate in Clinical Governance activities aimed at maintaining and elevating quality standards.
  • Assist the sales department by preparing responses for tenders and client presentations.

  • What you'll bring:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in telemedicine and telehealth, with a focus on delivering remote medical consultations.
  • Preferably, experience in emergency medicine, anesthesia, surgery, occupational health, prehospital, or military medicine.
  • Proven experience in managing emergency medicine cases, including proficiency in medical logistics and administration.
  • Experience in corporate medicine, particularly in providing remote medical solutions to corporate clients.
  • In-depth knowledge of global travel health to support ongoing learning initiatives within the clinical team.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
