What you will do in this role

You will work for the largest social media network as a customer service representative:

  • Provide support to advertisers and agencies (SMBs) for various queries generated via different communication channels such as: phone, chat and email
  • Provide pre- and post-sales support for all self-service advertising products
  • Provide product and tool support to enhance our clients’ experience
  • Use tools and systems to identify customers’ issues, addressed in their raised queries
  • Escalate the client's problems to the corresponding groups of the resolution
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely manner, pro-actively communicate to clients on progress and pro-actively identify areas where clients can improve usage of our solutions
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction, while representing a major brand

You can do this 100% from home, so you can easily combine your work with your private life. We do ask that you come to Amsterdam once on the start day to get acquainted and pick up your work material

Your qualifications

Concentrix is a great match if you:

  • You are available for full-time training Monday through Friday from 09:00 to 17:30;
  • You are fluent in French (C1/C2-level) and English (B2-level) verbally and writing;
  • You are available after the training for 40 hours per week within our opening hours from 09:00 am to 23:00 pm Monday through Sunday.

It is a plus if you:

  • You know how to handle social media well.
  • Familiar with online advertising products/vendors
