Amazon USA Manager

This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Amazon stores and listings across Amazon USA (or UK) for our clients.
  
• Set up and maintain Amazon stores, including brand registry where applicable.
  
• Create and optimize product listings to improve visibility and sales conversion.
  
• Conduct search term optimization (SEO) to enhance product discoverability.
  
• Manage Sponsored Ads and PPC campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
  
• Implement A+ content and Store builds following Amazon guidelines.
  
• Coordinate ticket management with Amazon support for issue resolution and to protect our client’s products from unauthorized sellers.
  
• Ensure clear and professional communication with UK-based clients, maintaining a high level of customer service.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience managing Amazon stores and listings, preferably on Amazon USA.
  
• Strong understanding of Amazon's Seller Central platform and policies.
  
• Experience in setting up and optimizing product listings for maximum performance.
  
• Proficiency in managing Sponsored Ads and PPC campaigns on Amazon.
  
• Familiarity with A+ content implementation and Store builds (creative design skills a bonus).
  
• Ability to communicate effectively in clear English, with a professional demeanor suitable for client interactions in the UK.
