Your missions

This is a remote position.

Work Schedule: 8:00AM-5:00PM Eastern Time (8:00PM - 5:00AM Manila Time) with 1-hour unpaid break
 
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule hearings, mediation sessions, arbitration proceedings, depositions, and inspections.
- Manage multiple calendars to ensure accurate and efficient scheduling.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with judicial assistants, opposing counsels, and clients.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of scheduling requests.
- Update and maintain case management systems with scheduling details and changes.
- Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to prioritize and schedule events based on case requirements.
- Prepare and distribute scheduling notices and reminders as necessary.
- Handle scheduling conflicts and adjust plans accordingly.


Requirements
- Prior experience in a legal environment is preferred.
- Proficiency in using scheduling software and case management systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures is a plus.
