SUMMARY:

The Sr. Technical Services Rep is responsible for providing technical and operations support for programming, troubleshooting, installing and servicing a vast number of security, fire, access and video systems for the technicians, the administrative support teams and external customers.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide technical assistance for Technicians, Service Coordinators, Customer Support Center, and external customers.
• Service and troubleshoot alarm systems in accordance with programming and installation standards.
• Support Technicians in service call reduction to aid in customer retention, increase customer satisfaction, and minimize service costs.
• Create workflow processes to maximize time spent on jobs to reduce job costs.
• Answer inbound calls for technical assistance.
• Respond to emails and voicemails (directly to the customer and/or branch).
• Assist with product and technology development based on current technology trends.

What You’ll Need:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 4 - 5 Years alarm industry experience in the field as an installation or service technician
• Advanced PC skills including Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Possess a valid driver’s license for occasional travel to job sites
• Advanced electronics experience
