Job Description

The Sales Specialist position is an exciting role that provides a unique opportunity to learn the fundamentals of our product offerings. This position will be responsible for making outbound dials and contacting seniors to share about our senior healthcare offerings. This position is a fast-paced role and suited for someone with a hunter’s mentality, that is looking for “pre” sales experience which could naturally progress into a licensed agent role.

The essential duties for this role include, but are not limited to: 

  • Making high volume outbound dials on warm leads to potential clients.
  • Ability to overcome customer objections & articulate the value of working with our agencies & comparison shopping for Medicare insurance.
  • Execute the transfer of interested clients to a licensed insurance agent.
  • Navigate multiple systems while conducting consumer calls.
  • Meet and exceed specific, attainable dials, transfers & production expectations.
    • Transfers and Production standards come with variable 
  • Attend and contribute to meetings and training sessions regularly.

  • Predictable and reliable attendance.

Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of previous pre-sales or customer experience 

  • Proficient technology skills

  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to meet deadlines

  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills, including professional phone etiquette 

  • Ability to adapt to new technology, systems, and processes 

  • Comfortable working in a pre-sales environment

Additional Information

Compensation: 

$18/hr + Comission
