Product Manager, Cash Management

Essential Duties 


  • Define and lead the execution of the roadmap for Cash Management, including cash positioning, transaction data, reconciliation, and forecasting. 
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a well-organized and groomed backlog of Features and User Stories for agile development. 
  • Maximize the value produced by the team and ensure that User Stories meet the user’s needs and comply with the Definition of Done. 
  • Act as the voice of the customer across the organization, translating product needs into detailed requirements and driving consensus among stakeholders. 
  • Work with Corporate Development to identify and secure ecosystem/channel partners to enhance customer value through automation. 
  • Own the core user experience and oversee optimization strategies to ensure alignment with user expectations. 
  • Work closely with customers, sales, and services to validate designs and refine go-to-market approaches. 
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform product strategies and adjust to industry trends. 
  • Develop and monitor key performance metrics to evaluate product success and inform future enhancements. 
  • Develop training materials and support frameworks for internal stakeholders and end-users to ensure successful product rollout and adoption. 


Skills & Requirements 


  • 5 years of product management experience working at a SaaS company, or a financial services company focused on business / commercial clients 
  • Cash Management (cash positioning, transaction data, reconciliation, forecasting) experience strongly preferred 
  • Familiar with product development in Agile  
  • Strong ability to collaborate across broad organizations including technology, marketing, sales, operations, and finance 
  • Demonstrated experience launching new products in high growth markets 
  • Experience working in a virtual team setting 
  • Superior communication skills, including the ability to crystallize and broadly socialize insights into stakeholder needs that the stakeholders themselves may not be able to articulate 
  • Familiarity and comfort with data, including the ability to use data to analyze and monitor product health 
  • Ability to weigh competing priorities, manage tradeoffs and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with stakeholders, driving to consensus while maintaining a clear focus on overarching business priorities. Excellent listening, presentation, and consultative skills. 
  • Proven organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills and proven success working directly with clients.  


Education Requirements 


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or Marketing preferred, or equivalent experience.
