The Sales Operations Oversight and Integration Manager is responsible for shaping and aligning the Sales organization business processes, systems, interfaces, and strategies to drive success in the Growth division. Responsibilities include ensuring adherence to quality standards, sales program deliverables, and optimizing the sales architecture to ensure a seamless integration of various components. Collaborating with members of the Sales/Growth leadership team, helps set the overall strategy and objectives for key projects that live outside of the corporate sourced initiatives. This includes fostering cohesion and efficiency across the organization. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, this role is pivotal to overseeing seamless execution and integration which positively influences GEHA’s growth success.

SKILLS

Responsibilities:

  • Translate sales/growth strategies into actionable plans and initiatives including collaborating with key stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to implement strategic projects and programs which includes fostering collaboration and communication between business units and departments.

  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to assess the impact of strategic initiatives.

  • Design and document end-to-end business processes, systems, and data flows; conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance with established standards and documented processes along with identifying and addressing misalignments, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. This also includes implementing feedback loops to continuously improve processes and outcomes.

  • Manage and lead sales program change control/management initiatives associated with operational process transformation projects. This includes ensuring effective communication, risks, issues, mitigation planning and training to support organizational changes.

  • Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather insights for business improvements across people, process, and technology primarily in the Growth division.

  • Ensure new capabilities and processes align with technology, data, and organizational architecture.

  • Develops and delivers program status reports as necessary on key initiatives.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related discipline, additional years of relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.

  • Requires eight years of experience managing large, complex projects or multiple projects within a program; working with cross-functional teams and staff of all levels that includes at three or more years in a healthcare industry.

  • Experience developing and driving the execution of sales and marketing go to market plans, aligned to annual enrollment or open season enrollment cycles.

  • Experience with development and delivery of strategic communications to diverse audiences (executive level and below) e.g., collection of content, refinement of message, creation of delivery material, presentation.

  • Experience with business process improvement based on quality management principles and lean/six sigma methodologies.

  • Knowledge of health plan industry best practices and emerging trends.

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

  • Excellent communication and people skills.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, Visio, and SharePoint.

  • Effective verbal, written and people skills and the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to understand audience and effectively and professionally present information tailored to the audience, communicate messages succinctly, and communicates to staff in an organized, authentic, and solutions-oriented manner.

  • Strong partnership and influencing skills. Ability to break down silos.

  • Masters Degree

Work-at-home requirements

  • Must have the ability to provide a non-cellular High Speed Internet Service such as Fiber, DSL, or cable Modems for a home office.
  • A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 30x5 (30mpbs download x 5mpbs upload) is required.
  • Latency (ping) response time lower than 80 ms
  • Hotspots, satellite and wireless internet service is NOT allowed for this role.
  • A dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information

The annual base salary range for this position is $103,916 - $146,484 USD.
