Summer Internship Position – Global Process Governance

Join our team and gain valuable experience in a global company

What you will do
  • You will perform data entry, validation, and analysis using various tools and platforms.
  • You will learn and use ServiceNow, a cloud-based platform that automates workflows and integrates systems.
  • You will collaborate with other team members, managers, and stakeholders.
  • You will support the process team in delivering high-quality services to our clients.
  • You will learn and use the ITIL processes application in a global service provider company.
What you will need
  • English (spoken and written) minimum B2 level - essential
  • Graduated or working towards a bachelor or master degree
  • You have good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • You have strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.
  • You have practical skills in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Nice to have - basic knowledge of ServiceNow or a similar platform, or the willingness to learn it.
  • You are available to work full-time for at least 10 weeks during the summer.
