Talent Sourcer

Now we are a team of 35+ professionals in recruitment and we are about to scale up. Thus, we are looking for a passionate Middle/Senior Sourcer who is familiar with searching for non-tech vacancies like legal, finance etc.

You’ll be trusted to work autonomously, implement your ideas and share your knowledge.

Our markets: Europe - especially Ukraine, Poland, Cyprus, Kazakhstan and Armenia.

Requirements

- 1+ years of experience as a Sourcer/Researcher or similar role;

- Experience in gambling companies/products;

- Experience with non-tech vacancies - legal, finance etc - is a must;

- Understanding of candidate sourcing principles and recruitment process;

- Understanding of job market trends;

- Ability to work in a dynamic environment & big team, and on multiple vacancies simultaneously;

- Attention to details, communication and time-management skills;

- Result orientation and desire to learn;

- Spoken Ukrainian, B1+ level of English.

Will be a plus

- Experience in hunting C-level professionals will be a big plus;

- Proficiency with different tools for automatization of sourcing.

Responsibilities

- Searching for passive candidates using various sources, including LinkedIn, Google search, GitHub, ATS, and other tools;

- Coordinate vacancy postings via different job boards;

- Contacting potential candidates through different channels;

- Initial communication with the candidate;

- Maintaining of talent database - keeping information up to date;

- Development of a sourcing strategy for finding candidates in new locations;

- Creating talent pipelines for future needs;

- Development of professional networks, promotion of the company's brand, analysis of market information;

- Participation in other projects that affect hiring efficiency;

- Keeping track of sourcing metrics and reporting on progress.
