Your missions

As a wellbeing expert you will inspire and educate users on how to deliver best-in-class wellbeing initiatives. You will do this by delivering wellbeing courses and conducting wellbeing audits with customers. Bringing knowledge of the care sector, ideally within a training function, you will educate customers on the impact of wellbeing initiatives within the care sector. This role involves working with customers across the North of England and you therefore must live in the North of England.

What you'll do:
  • Deliver wellbeing training courses and demonstrate virtual training courses to users
  • Conduct wellbeing audits with customers and advise on best practise in line with industry benchmarks and regulatory requirements
  • Deliver virtual support clinics with customers 
  • Represent the voice of the customer with internal development discussions, ensuring that any new content or updates are pitched appropriately
What you'll bring:
  • Experience within the care sector, ideally within an activities/lifestyle coordinator or training role
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Passionate about learning and an ability to inspire learners to delivery best-in-class wellbeing training
  • A train the trainer qualification would be a strong advantage 
  • A full driving license and own transport as travel will be required
