Job description

We are seeking a Website Administrator | Website Project Manager to join our international company's web development department, specializing in real estate website development. This is a remote position.

Responsibilities:

  • Take full responsibility for the continuous content management and administration of the website.
  • Collaborate and manage SEO specialists, copywriters, and other project members to ensure uninterrupted content creation and other necessary materials for the website.
  • Search, prepare, format, and edit photo materials for all sections of the website.
  • Gather all materials and artifacts into a unified system.
  • Structure and organize website content.
  • Publish content on the website, including textual and graphical elements.
  • Ensure the accuracy and correctness of the information displayed on the website.
  • Support and update website content in line with company requirements and standards.
  • Monitor the quality and compliance of content with company standards.

Requirements

  • Experience in website administration is preferred.
  • Basic copywriting skills for text verification.
  • Proficiency in graphic editing software (e.g., Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) for preparing graphic materials.
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.
  • Proficiency in working with Google Drive and other cloud services.
  • Team management skills will be a significant advantage.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to organize information.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Responsibility and high organizational skills.
  • English language proficiency at B2-C1 level.
