• 5+ Years of experience in similar positions

• Autonomy and self-driven personality to lead Product teams working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to build successful solutions.
• Experience developing digital products in an agile framework using scrum and/or Kanban, understanding all related artifacts (story mapping, user stories, DoR, DoD) and ceremonies (daily, grooming, retrospective, etc.) 
• Ability to lead teams through product life cycle such as product discovery, product strategy planning, go-to-market strategy development, product metrics (analysis and definition) and continuous iterations.
• Collaborate with business, design and technical teams to thoroughly understand market  (competitor analysis, benchmark) and client needs (design thinking, user testing, user journey maps, user personas, user interviews, etc.).
• Ability to set  product vision by implementing artifacts such as roadmap, story map, user story, etc. And effectively communicate the vision to the rest of the teams involved in the project. 
• Evangelize multifunctional teams about the importance of having a product mindset and contribute to reducing technical & UX debt.  
• Experience as Product Owner is a plus!
• Scrum Master certification is a plus!
• Advanced English
