Picture Yourself At Pega

You will join Pega as a Solutions Consultant in the DemoX LIVE team while being part of a cohort in a bespoke program designed to provide you experience in our Pega platform, become comfortable running workshops and other presales skills, ultimately leading to a Business Analyst position working with our large U.S. Federal Government clients.

During the first six months (approximate), you will learn presales skills and collaborate with account teams around the world to plan, prepare, lead, support and deliver workshops to groups of customers and partners. These packaged events involve demonstrating Pega’s technology and core solution concepts. While they are not intended as deep training classes but provide clients/partners an opportunity to get hands-on with Pega technology and experience our differentiators for themselves. During this phase, you will get exposure to multiple different industries. In the second phase of the program, you will specialize more on the U.S. Government sector and work closely with the respective Industry teams at Pega. This part of the journey will also include Business Analyst-related activities such as discovery sessions with clients to understand their needs and translating these into solution proposals.

All the above will developing a detailed knowledge of Pega platform capabilities and hands-on ability with the technology. You will be supported by various teams at Pega, including the global Demo Experience team (DemoX) – a diverse, multinational group of developers, creative UX designers, videographers, storytellers, and industry domain experts. We're reimagining what the demo experience can be for Pega prospects and partners and partnering with Marketing, Product and Sales teams across the globe to achieve that.

What You'll Do At Pega

  • Listen to client needs, then create and present solutions based on Pega.
  • Work closely with sales teams to create and deliver world class events and technical demonstrations.
  • Engage with Pega’s clients and partners to demonstrate and evangelize the technology and differentiators.
  • Plan, develop, execute, and curate event content and infrastructure that provides clients with a first-hand look at Pega technology through demos, lunch and learn sessions, and hands-on experiences with the product.
  • Work in a global team with diverse skillsets and cultural backgrounds, across different time zones and with a strong culture of collaboration and support.

Who You Are

You are passionate about people and solving problems with digitalization. You are curious about technology and excited to share that passion with others through demonstrations and guiding them through hands-on workshop sessions that are part teaching, part selling. You are able and willing to travel occasionally to client site (approx. 20-30%).

What You've Accomplished

  • Ideally, you have some technical or business experience in client-facing roles such as pre-sales, consulting, coaching or technical enablement.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to lead a room.
  • Good written and strong spoken skills in English.
  • Comfortable being hands-on with technology.
  • Curiosity, energy, and enthusiasm for the technology that resonates with clients and partners.
  • You can quickly build rapport with team stakeholders.
  • Being an avid learner.

It would be an asset if you have any of the following:

  • A second language
  • Some prior experience of Pega technology or similar workflow solutions
  • Experience working in the federal Government.
  • Experience teaching or training groups of people either remote or in-person
