Job Summary: This position has two main responsibilities. The first is execution, reporting, and creative creation for all Digital Audience Development paid campaigns, with a focus on LinkedIn, Meta, and AdWords. The second is helping execute testing and rollout of new digital audience acquisition, engagement, re-engagement and reactivation programs. This person must be prepared to manage a broad spectrum of responsibilities related to paid campaign creation, management, and tracking. As well as have the ability to design and create graphic assets and manage platform/software integrations. The Digital Audience Development Manager must assist with a broad spectrum of projects, including marketing automation, data management, process optimization, and program reporting and analysis. This position will work directly with the Associate Director of Digital Audience.


Essential Job Function:

  • Collaborate with Audience Development Managers to establish an annual paid audience plan and strategy for digital audience growth and acquisition, across all relevant platforms.
  • Collaborate with Audience Development Managers to create graphic assets and copy to be used in paid campaign ads
  • Provide and maintain paid campaign reports – live dashboards and monthly EBM report
  • Monitor campaigns – Budget being spent, no negative comments, etc.
  • Create and monitor Zapier automations and other integrations
  • Responsible for developing creative paid strategies/campaigns that drive user acquisition and support audience retention
  • Identify new growth opportunities and best practices based on emerging digital trends, competitive business intelligence and consumer insight.
  • Collaborate with the Associate Director of Digital Audience to implement testing of new acquisition, engagement, re-engagement and reactivation programs
  • Collaborate with the Associate Director of Digital Audience to develop and test new marketing automation campaigns and onsite experiences
  • Monitor results and make recommendations on database attrition


Core Competencies:

  • Experience running paid social lead generation campaigns (especially AdWords, LinkedIn, and Meta platforms)
  • Ability to create engaging graphic
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to think critically and deliver data insights that drive audience growth


Qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of lead automation software and lead nurturing campaigns - Strong reporting skills
  • Background in social media management, campaign management, digital marketing, and/or audience development
  • Analytical skills, flexibility, team oriented, team player
  • Solid value proposition copywriting skills
  • Familiarity with Zapier or similar automation tools
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
  • 1+ year paid campaign related marketing experience


Some travel required.


We are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $40,000 - $50,000 - $60,000, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses.This position is also eligible for an annual corporate bonus. This information is provided per the relevant state and local pay transparency laws for the location in which this position will be performed.


If you are hired for this position at Endeavor, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as hiring location, skillset, prior years’ experience, relevant education, certain degrees and certifications, training, and market considerations. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider any internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future & continued salary growth.
