Senior Director, Support Consulting, CSO, OMNI (Atlanta, GA)

Senior Director, Support Consulting, CSO, OMNI positions offered by Manhattan Associates, Inc. (Atlanta, GA). Establishes, builds, maintains, and improves client relationships. Monitors key case metrics including survey data to ensure appropriate service is being given to the client. Serves as point of escalation for senior personnel (individual contributors and Managers). Manages, develops and mentors staff. Provides direction to staff on procedures, conflicts, and career development. Ensures team has appropriate capacity and skills required to handle current and forecasted workload including development of existing staff and hiring of additional staff. Reprioritize and rebalance work as needed. Establishes annual revenue goals and ensures revenue targets are met on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Provides monthly revenue forecasts for executive review. Assists HR in acquiring and training new resources; leverages personnel network to find and recruit talent into the organization; serves as a career mentor/advisor. Identifies and scopes new service or software sales opportunities. Identifies opportunities and continuously improves departmental processes for both functional and technical services. Team lead responsibilities to include: mentoring, goal setting, and performance management. Is independently responsible for overall client relationship and business direction and satisfaction. Provides input or develops project plans and budgets for large, complex projects. Serves as ultimate point of escalation for client executive sponsors. Independently conducts performance evaluations. Provides team and individuals performance feedback. Defines and communicates performance expectations and goals at the client, team, and individual level.

Requires a four-year bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in computer science, engineering or related technical field and 10 years of experience in the position offered or 10 years of experience with increasingly diverse or complex applications in field of expertise. Requires 5 years of management experience. Up to 50% travel required. Employee reports to office in Atlanta, GA. Position may work from home, but must live within commuting distance of stated office. Experience may be, but need not be, acquired concurrently.
