Role

This position will report directly to the VP Sales, working closely with Business Operations & Post-sales to ensure alignment of goals and objectives.

  • Develop and execute strategies to open opportunities in new organizations

  • Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation to close for target accounts

  • Build relationships with key stakeholders at all levels, from users to C-Suite

  • Articulate Rogo's value proposition and conduct product demonstrations

  • Develop account and territory plans to maximize revenue opportunities

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver exceptional customer experiences

  • Contribute to sales playbook development and process refinement


Qualifications

Experience

  • 3+ years in a quota carrying sales role

  • Proven track record in enterprise software sales, preferably in financial services

  • Experience in outbound selling motions

Bonus

  • Early employee at a hyper-growth startup

  • Technical knowledge (ability to explain complex concepts like transformer models)

  • Experience working at or selling into investment banks or private equity/credit
