Shift: Regular Sched (Mon - Fri; 7AM - 4PM)

Financial Mastery: Core Responsibilities

  • Manage existing SMSFs on the CLASS super system, including daily reconciliations and end-of-year processing.
  • Reconcile bank statements and enter bank transactions.
  • Construct queries for clients and monitor these queries as answers are provided.
  • Prepare SMSF financial statements.
  • Communicate and liaise with clients regarding inquiries and other SMSF-related matters.
  • Ensure compliance with tax, audit, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Attend to other tasks aligned with company needs.

Expert Credentials: Essential Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in self-managed superannuation funds.
  • A degree in Accountancy, Accounting, Business, or related fields.
  • Working knowledge and experience with the CLASS Super system.
  • Strong communication skills.
