As a Bilingual Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in our recruitment efforts, helping us find the best candidates to join our organization. We are looking for someone who is fluent in both English and French, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

In this role, you will:

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs
• Create job postings and advertise them on various platforms
• Source and screen candidates through resume review and phone interviews
• Conduct in-person interviews and assessments
• Coordinate with hiring teams to facilitate the hiring process
