What does a day in the life as a Data Processing Analyst look like?You will serve as a technical authority for entering mechanical configuration and diagnostic frequency metadata for rotating machinesYou will provide technical support for installation teams in the field including advising on proper sensor installation for diagnostics, machine configuration correction, and IoT connectivity troubleshootingYou will use technical knowledge of machines to review installation and data entry for accurate vibration diagnosticsYou will communicate across teams to ensure the quality and completion of deploymentsYou will have a significant impact on increasing overall efficiency and productivityExecutes accurate information processing from various sources (spreadsheets, images, etc.) into our platform - including data parsing, entry, and image assessment.What are the required qualifications for a Data Processing Analyst?Experience with or knowledge of industrial machinery - e.g. vibration analyst, industrial reliability, maintenance technician, electrical technician, field technician, or similar roleAt least 2 years of mechanical, electrical, or data technical work experienceWorks autonomously - able to organize, track, and follow-up on multiple projects and tasks without micromanagementA good communicator with effective stakeholder management & conflict resolution skillsNice-to-have qualifications:Experience with rotating machinery reliability and diagnostics OR experience with rotating machinery maintenance and operationExperience with scripting or automation in Google suite and/or Microsoft Office suiteExperience with Salesforce, Monday.com, and/or SlackAnalytical mindset - able to identify risks, predict issues, and solve unexpected problems which may arise throughout the projectTechnology and business savvy with startup / scale up experienceFamiliarity with SaaS deployment in a industrial / manufacturing environment Be a good team player and an effective leader who is able to motivate their project teamNinja Perks and Benefits
