Unicorn Role Review: We are looking for a dedicated YouTube Virtual Assistant who will be responsible for managing and optimizing YouTube posting, distribution, and analyzing data and statistics. This role is crucial for growing and enhancing our client's personal brand on YouTube. The ideal candidate should be skilled in analyzing YouTube analytics to assess and improve content strategies and engage with the platform's community.

Requirements

• Edit long-form videos for the YouTube channel, ensuring high-quality production and engagement.
• Edit short-form video "nuggets" for social media platforms or shorts, tailoring content for each platform.
• Assist with creating thumbnails according to an SOP to ensure consistency and appeal.
• Communicate effectively with the team to understand project requirements and deliver content on time.
• Maintain a strong understanding of YouTube and social media video trends to create relevant and engaging content.
• Ensure all edited videos meet quality standards and align with the brand's vision and goals.
  

What You'll Bring

• Strong experience in video editing, with a portfolio showcasing your work.
• Excellent knowledge of YouTube and social media video best practices.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
• Ability to create engaging thumbnails following an SOP.
• Excellent communication skills and reliability in meeting deadlines.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for video content.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a flexible schedule environment.
