About you

You bring to Applaudo the following competencies:

  • Desirable bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  • 1 year of experience in similar positions such as workforce management, reporting, planning
  • Advance knowledge of Excel and Spreadsheets Power BI experience is a plus
  • Automation reporting capabilities
  • Ability to work independently
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Thnking
  • Strong attention to Detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast pace environment
  • Responsible and proactive
  • Advanced English is required
  • Hybrid position

You will be accountable for the following responsibilities:

  • Maintain reports, spreadsheets, data sources updated for historical data.
  • Process tickets in the WFM Ticket system.
  • Work closely with WFM management for daily, weekly & monthly reports.
  • Keep schedules, and employee profiles updated.
  • Support the implementation of reporting processes.
  • Communicate information effectively and in a timely manner to all areas and levels of the business
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

  • Availability to work from September 2024 to March 2025
