About You:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Sales Representative to join our partner's dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing sales and a proven track record of success in selling a variety of services including SEO, PPC, web development, marketing strategy, marketing automation, graphic design and social media marketing. This individual will be responsible for driving new business growth, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • 1.Identifying and Pursuing New Business Opportunities:
    • Digital Networking: Engage online to connect with potential clients.
    • Prospect Research: Use online tools to identify businesses needing digital marketing services.
    2. Developing and Implementing Business Plans:
    • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with different teams to execute tailored business plans.
    • Goal Setting: Track goals using project management tools.
    3. Lead Generation with Software Tools:
    • CRM Usage: Track leads and manage interactions.
    • Marketing Automation: Automate lead generation processes.
    4. Building and Maintaining Client Relationships:
    • Virtual Communication: Maintain regular contact with clients.
    • Client Onboarding: Conduct virtual orientation sessions for new clients.
    5. Negotiating Contracts and Agreements:
    • Proposal Development: Create appealing digital proposals.
    • Contract Negotiation: Conduct negotiations virtually.
    6. Managing the BDR Team:
    • Team Collaboration: Coordinate efforts using online tools.
    • Feedback Channels: Gather input from team members virtually.
    Requirements & Qualifications:
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing sales, with a strong track record of exceeding sales targets.
    • Proficiency in selling a variety of digital marketing services including SEO, PPC, web development, marketing strategy, marketing automation, graphic design and social media marketing.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining client relationships.
    Other:
    • Working Hours: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST. Monday to Friday
    • Salary Range: $1200 - $1800 USD depending on experience
    • 40 hours of work per week
    • Type of Contract: Independent contractor
