Job description

As Virtuagym keeps on growing, we are now looking for a new face to complement our Recruitment Team. As a Recruitment Intern, you will be supporting our Recruitment team in managing the end to end recruitment processes, while ensuring a smooth candidate experience. This is a great opportunity to learn and develop new skills, where you will be coached by the Team lead of Talent Acquisition.


This is a remote position (within the Netherlands), where you will be working for our Amsterdam office. We are looking for a full-time intern (part time can be discussed). We are a remote-friendly company, meaning you can work from your home at all times within the Netherlands. Additionally, you can work from any location you want within Europe up until 4 weeks at a time for a maximum of 12 weeks in a year.


What this role looks like

As a Recruitment Intern, you will support the Recruitment team in the end to end recruitment processes for various departments, such as Sales & Client Success. This includes job posting, sourcing, interviewing and ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. Additionally, you will be focusing on employer branding, advertising our jobs and company culture.

Some of your key tasks as Recruitment Intern

  • Publishing jobs in our ATS and managing the candidate pipelines: conducting video screenings, scheduling interviews and supporting in the offer stage;

  • Working closely with the hiring managers, keeping them aligned about the progress of the recruitment process;

  • Publishing our jobs on different job boards;

  • Managing the recruitment inbox;

  • Support the Recruitment team in sourcing activities to build candidate pipelines;

  • Participate in recruitment-related projects, including employer branding initiatives and many more!
