ELECTRA EXHIBITION LLC is seeking an experienced project manager to play a key role in the construction and/or exhibition management for the Expo 2025 project in Osaka, for a period from July 20th, 2024 until April 20th, 2025. The successful candidate will act as a central coordinator among the client, operation managers, project managers, designers, architects, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring project delivery excellence.

Requirements

• Lead construction and site management for high-profile fit-out project.
• Manage project timelines, quality control, and budget adherence.
• Serve as the service-oriented construction Lead for the Client through all project phases.
• Coordinate with authorities, consultants, EXPO 2025 Committee, and manage suppliers and subcontractors.
• Lead an interdisciplinary project team with active and professional coordination.
• Follow the project to an extremely high level of detail, verifying project adherence in all phases of implementation, while coordinating with our Japanese supplier and its staff on site.

• プロジェクトのすべてのフェーズにおいて、現地の日本のサプライヤーとそ のスタッフと協力しながら、プロジェクトの遵守を確認し、非常に詳細なレ ベルでプロジェクトをフォローする。

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction/civil engineering or a related field, complemented by significant experience in construction and fit-out projects (minimum 10 years).
• Experience with design and build projects, including interior design considerations (EXPO experience is a plus).
• Deep understanding of Japanese building codes, fire safety regulations, and construction materials.
• Proficient in project management tools (MsProject, Primavera, AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, MS Office).
• Strong network within the construction, and real estate sectors, and with local authorities preferred.
• Great accuracy in all project phases and attention to detail, excellent relationship skills with the Clients.
• Control over the project budget and project BOQ, necessary cost optimization if required
• Excellent internal and external process management skills between the design team and local contractors are required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and English.
• Self-motivated, solution-focused, with a proven track record of managing complex construction projects

応募資格:

• 建設/土木工学または関連分野の学士号を持ち、建設およびフィットアウトプ ロジェクトでの豊富な経験（最低10年）があること
• デザイン＆ビルドプロジェクトの経験があり、インテリアデザインの考慮事 項を含む（万博経験があるとなお良い）。
• 日本の建築基準法、消防規制、建設材料に関する深い理解があること。
• プロジェクト管理ツール（MsProject、Primavera、AutoCAD、Revit、 SketchUp、MS Office）に精通していること。
• 建設、不動産業界、および地方自治体との強力なネットワークを持っている ことが望ましい
• すべてのプロジェクトフェーズでの高い精度と細部への注意、クライアント との優れた関係スキル
• プロジェクト予算およびBOQの管理、必要に応じたコスト最適化
• デザインチームと現地請負業者との間の優れた内部および外部プロセス管理 スキルが求められます
• 日本語と英語での優れた口頭および書面でのコミュニケーションスキル。
• 自発的でソリューションに焦点を当て、複雑な建設プロジェクトを管理した 実績があること。
