In this role, the ideal candidate leads and motivates a team of talented developers to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge Amazon Connect solutions, ensuring technical excellence and aligning the technical vision with business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Amazon Connect developers, fostering their growth.

  • Define the technical vision and roadmap for the Amazon Connect platform.

  • Set project goals, delegate tasks, and ensure efficient project delivery.

  • Collaborate with Solutions Architects and stakeholders to understand business requirements.

  • Identify and prioritize development needs, ensuring team success.

  • Implement and maintain Agile development methodologies.

  • Track and report on development progress and key metrics.

  • Identify and troubleshoot technical challenges in Amazon Connect deployments.

  • Stay updated with the latest Amazon Connect features and best practices.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with other teams (e.g., Product, QA, Operations).
