Job Description:
Role Scope / Deliverables: Working with the LCD IT leadership team, the ideal Project Manager candidate will enable standard project management practices and processes to further mature the LCD IT Portfolio Management function. The project manager may also be asked to deliver project management deliverables for a few key LCD IT projects during the engagement. Onshore candidate preferred as most of the leadership team is located in the Eastern Time Zone (EST)
Define the problem, get buy-in from stakeholders and the project team and Maintain communication with stakeholders.

• Solicit, understand and prioritize business requirements from multiple stakeholders, and Create business requirements and work with technical resources to convert them into system requirements.
• Interpret business requirements and simplify them for easy analysis, solution design, and decision making positively impact/solve major risks/issues.
• Communicate the urgency, value, benefit, and risk of the proposed solution.
• Support large programs projects and deliver smaller projects independently.
• Drive projects to completion within agreed scope whilst maintaining the business vision.
• Provide thought leadership & innovation in the function driving transformation using business technology.
• In collaboration with the business develop business cases to deliver the business outcomes required.
• Lead and influence teams to ensure projects are delivered on-time, within budget, and goals are fulfilled
• Monitor and report project progress, budget, compare actual performance against planned/scheduled performance, risk/issue management
• Manages the backlog for agile delivery including the planning sprints and reporting.
• Mediator between the delivery team and the business owners, coaching team members.
• Solves team conflicts with good communication skills. Motivates the cross functional team

Key Skills:

• PMI and Agile certifications (e.g. PMI-ACP, CSM) highly preferred

The starting hourly range for this remote role is  $55 to $62.  This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
