Your profile
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Fluent in English and German; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Ability to navigate through an ambiguous environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Availability to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones.
Your mission
  • Identify and prospect potential clients through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Qualify leads and set up meetings or calls between potential clients and the sales team.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate and detailed information on prospects and leads.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and nurturing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and conversion.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
