Title & Deed Examiner -- Remote | WFH

We're currently seeking a Title & Deed Examiner to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you'll embark on a thrilling journey through real estate records, uncovering the treasures of property ownership across the United States. While most of the work can be done from the comfort of your own home, there may be occasional opportunities to venture onsite and dive even deeper into the world of property interests.

Responsibilities

Utilize your keen investigative skills to search and review real property records, both online and in person if necessary.

Uncover property interests held by the United States and its agencies, as well as any encumbrances affecting potential program lands.

Craft detailed summaries of your findings, providing valuable insights to our team and clients.

Requirements

A passion for unraveling the complexities of real estate ownership.

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Minimum of ten years of experience in real property record research, with a knack for summarizing complex information.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent communication skills and an eye for detail.

Preferred Qualifications

Juris Doctorate degree or equivalent legal background.

Certification or experience in areas related to real estate or legal studies.

Familiarity with GIS technologies.
